Dear Friends,
Sudanese Refugee Camp: Crusade, CFM’s Mission Station
CFM’s crusade held in a Sudanese refugee camp by our mission station, with support from Favour Africa International. More than 50 people gave their lives to Christ. Thank you for supporting CFM’s missionaries, in over 500 mission stations.
Sudanese Students at CFM
Our head student from Sudan speaking at Wurin Alheri this week, Hussan Khatr. His first wife divorced him after persecution for his faith. Years later, he is at CFM with his second wife and young child. Some of our Sudanese students have families and mothers back at the camp in Sudan. We sent one family support this week. Many people in these camps are coming to faith. We are expecting more to come to Wurin Alheri for training. Thank you for supporting 1,300 students currently enrolled, who are growing in faith strongly.
Two students spoke at the meeting, both on John 15: “Keep Christ’s commandments, and so abide in his love. Then as a branch you will bear much fruit and glorify the Father.”

New books added to our library, now over 13,000 on the shelf. Expensive. A growing number of blind students, expecting more in July. They do well in ministry. We have a Blind Student Dean. We are moving our blind student library to a new building, more space and resources. Started a separate post-graduate library, with Starlink. Above, from right, Pastor Farouq, was a Muslim, sent home to die of heart failure, in charge of keeping all our buses and cars on the road. He loves books. Bulus, librarian, centre. Academic dean, Josie, affectionally called Pope. Far left, Abdul, ex-terrorist, in CFM missions, leading thousands to Christ. All different tribes.
Regenerating Poisoned Soil
Students who stayed back at Wurin Alheri, while most travelled far distances for practical ministry, are farming local beans under all our orchards. Local beans restore nitrates to the soil. This new orchard is bananas, pawpaw, apples, palm oil, citrus and tall wind-break trees. Students also work on staff farms, on land loaned by locals outside the Wurin Alheri fence.
We dug a second fish dam five years ago, and the fish we put in it died from poison in the soil. This is what we have fought on the site, slowly turning into a tree and bird sanctuary.
Peace is Forcefully Advancing
Change is coming to Sudan. Terrorism is being defeated in Mali, an epicentre of terrorism in West Africa. Burkina Faso, Chad, Niger have followed, embarking on development and paying off foreign debt. French military, in the region to “help with terrorism,” but never did, has been driven out. After 6 million died, Congo and Rwanda have signed a peace accord to eradicate terrorism that enabled resource exploitation. Foreign intelligence agencies were exposed. Resources will now be processed in Congo. In the Middle East, nations are breaking from globalism, building peace, ditto for North Korea. Multipolarism is winning, saving hundreds of millions of lives. The press doesn’t want wars to end, economies to develop for the poor, or debts to be paid. We don’t know much about Sudan, but our hunch is globalism is behind the 23-year-long war. That’s how war/ terrorism is sustained. Sudan will be freed. Nigeria will gain sovereignty. What a blessing that will bring! Where there is killing around us its mostly about minerals, with foreign presence, extracting resources, controlling trade roots, setting up Jihadist groups as a cover. It will stop. Recent trolling around South Africa is decoupling it from globalism, there since Cecil Rhodes. To deal with injustices, common prosperity is the way. A lot of good is happening. Peace is stronger than darkness masquerading as light. Peace allows the gospel to be shared.
Peace from the Ground Up
CFM supports 1,000’s of children in our schools through the gifts we receive from friends. This helps so many families get through decades of crises in terrorism, banditry and the captive national economy. Thank you all who support so many who shine with the opportunity.
CFM still supports some children in other schools in our wider community, who have suffered the most, helping build peace. We started doing this after rioting in our community in 2010, in which Muslims and Christians killed each other in the 1,000s. The action of CFM, with our supporters, knit the community back together and stopped the killing. This held our community together in mutual rejection of Boko Haram, during a three-year siege on Jos in which terrorists tried to destroy us. Thank God, the teachings of Jesus made them fail and spread the gospel. Today, 1,000s of Muslims are coming to Christ.
Please pray for Emmanuel. He came into our crisis-home at Wurin Alheri in 2019 when his region was attacked by Fulani once again. He has lost almost all his family, just a few distant relatives left. He was in a refugee camp for years. Emmanuel has been with us six years and he isn’t doing well at school yet. We will continue to help him until the Lord brings him through and by God’s grace he excels like other children. Many have gone through what Emmanuel went through, but some need more grace. God has enough grace for all.

Precious to God
Every displaced, orphaned, terrorised, traumatized child, youth, woman and man is precious to God. He has a plan for their good and by his grace we have a part in it, to rebuild their lives, to heal them, then to train and equip them to be beacons of light, overcoming the brutal forces of darkness. What an honour and privilege to join hands with God to help build so many wonderful stories, happening now and still to come.
Thank you for standing in prayer and financial partnership in the monumental work of God, building his kingdom on earth, bringing his light and love to some very tough places. We serve a beautiful, self-giving saviour.
Please see details below on how to give.
Blessings,
Kent, Ruth & CFM team.

Our Faith:
We believe in One creator God, who created all things. The incarnation of God in Christ, as redeemer, son and heir of creation. The death of Christ for our sins, his bodily resurrection on the third day and his current rule over the nations. God the Holy Spirit, the agent of salvation and restoration in the church of Jesus Christ. The resurrection of all humanity from the dead and the final judgement. Eternal life for those of faith and eternal destruction for the godless.
